A compact box-shaped tote
constructed from layered fragments of color.

Built on a mint green textile base,
fragments of pink, purple, blue and grey
are layered and hand-stitched into place.

The front surface combines
different textile fragments,
dense stitching and glass beads,
creating variations in texture and density
within a single constructed surface.

The reverse side presents
a different composition centered around
pink and purple,
while the blue-grey side panels
bring the different surfaces together
within one structured box form.

Despite its compact size,
the 10cm gusset creates
a practical structured volume
for everyday essentials.

The construction is developed through
the relationship between color, material,
stitching, glass beads and three-dimensional form.

Each fragment is individually placed
and incorporated into the construction
rather than simply applied as decoration.
